For an SAP S/4HANA migration programme in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant. This is a specialised part‑time role focused mainly on concept and design activities related to SAP HR Compensation Management within a migration context.

• Provide expert support for SAP HR Compensation Management
• Analyse compensation‑related requirements in the context of an SAP migration
• Support concept and design activities for the HR compensation area
