SAP Business Process Analyst III

The SAP Business Process Analyst III plays a key role in supporting and optimizing SAP HCM solutions including SAP HCM on‑premises and migration to SuccessFactors cloud solutions. This position delivers high‑impact solutions across functional and technical areas, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working under the guidance of the Supervisor of Business Systems Support, this role partners closely with HR and Payroll to enhance core HR operations and ensure the stability and effectiveness of SAP HCM, U.S. Payroll and SuccessFactors integrations within the organization.

Hybrid – 3 days onsite; first 90 days 100% onsite
