Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst to support a manufacturing client on a full‑time on‑site basis. The successful candidate will provide functional expertise across SAP HCM ECC modules, ensuring stable system performance, effective business process support, and continuous improvement across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across SAP HCM ECC modules: Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM/PT), Payroll (PY)
