SAP EWM Analyst (Ibiza)

Position Overview

We are seeking a profile with a focus on SAP EWM processes, who will act as a bridge between business and technology. The role involves understanding requirements, coordinating with external providers (AMS), and providing functional support in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for local business and work with third-level support, resolving functional and technical issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and follow up on the development of solutions that enhance business performance.
• Provide application support, manage and accelerate tickets, and collaborate with Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) partners ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of business applications.
