• Design and configure SAP CRM 7.0 for key modules like Interaction Center, Contract Management and Billing within the Utilities sector.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and SAP ISU, optimizing processes such as meter reading, invoicing and contract accounts.
• Enhance the customer experience by implementing the Interaction Center (IC) and Customer Service modules to efficiently manage inquiries, service orders and case management.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to optimize CRM processes especially in Billing and Contract Management to drive efficiency.
