Job Summary
Serve as a technology architect specializing in SAP BW solutions for an international organization designing robust data models, optimizing web reporting and guiding end-to-end analytical platforms within a hybrid work model for day shifts with no travel enabling insight-driven decisions that support scientific and business outcomes across diverse global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepared to work US daytime shift
- Ability to provide fast analysis and drive discussion with client for P0 P1 calls anytime
- Available to travel to US on client demand for QE YE support
- Excellent client user handling skills at mid to senior level
- Drive CSI and Automation AI with client during US daytime
- Participate in UAT for large projects
- Resolve high priority tickets during US daytime along with US process team
