The Recipe
You'll provide SAP application support for all processes in the Finance business function, ensuring that incidents are resolved efficiently and recurring issues are eliminated through problem management. Partner with Finance stakeholders, supporting a number of projects and change requests to ensure opportunities for improvement are continuously identified and implemented.
The Role
You'll identify and implement improvements that will improve the use of, and business value delivered through, the applications in the Finance process area, and ensure that IT services in the Finance process area are restored to normal service as soon as possible with minimal disruption to the business.
