Short introduction
We are looking for a hands‑on SAP BW / BI consultant to support and enhance a complex global reporting landscape. The role focuses on SAP BW operations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in an international enterprise environment. You will act as a key link between business users and technical SAP teams, ensuring stable reporting, resolving data issues, and implementing approved enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for SAP BW and reporting issues
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BW process chains and data loads
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting discrepancies
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and production issues
- Maintain and adjust SAP BW data models and InfoProviders
- Create and modify BEx Queries for business and downstream reporting tools
- Support SAP Analysis for Office users and resolve reporting issues
