SAP Basis Administrator

Responsible for the administration of SAP Systems and corresponding SaaS & PaaS Services in KION Group IT. Collaboration with outsourcing partner. Focus on SAP Systems of the BT Project including SAP BTP, SaaS & PaaS Services and North American SAP Systems, with contribution to IT services and development of the new IT Service Hub in Monterrey.

• Cross-location and administration support of the system landscapes with focus on SAP Basis
• Coordinate and control the external service provider in the SAP area and interface with the application team
• Administration of all KION SAP Systems and support of application developers and business
• Carry out daily system checks, performance monitoring, and derive optimization measures
• Provide incident support (2nd/3rd level) and implementation support of changes/release
