This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to support the core application of SAP Ariba. As part of the IM Services Functional Application Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction, incident management, and engaging with key users to meet business needs in SAP Ariba and related technologies.

Responsibilities Provide operational support for SAP Ariba and related applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment. Support incident management by ensuring systems are up and running, resolving application‑related tickets. Administer SAP Ariba configurations and monitor interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC. Lead application enhancements, support change management processes, and collaborate on project execution with business stakeholders.
