As a Sanitation Technician, you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the production environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong safety focus, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing lines, utensils, tools, and facility surfaces.
+ Follow established sanitation procedures, SSOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
+ Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning.
+ Properly mix, handle, and apply approved cleaning and sanitizing chemicals as per training.
+ Remove waste, debris, and product residue from production areas.
