**Job Title: Sandblaster / Industrial Paint Sprayer**

**Job Description**

This role combines sandblasting and industrial painting responsibilities to prepare and finish metal components to high quality standards. You will clean and prepare surfaces, apply primers and coatings, and ensure all work meets strict customer and internal specifications while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean metal surfaces by removing rust, scale, oil, grease, and other contaminants using blasting equipment.
+ Mask and protect areas that do not require blasting or painting before the beginning operations.
+ Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet required cleanliness and profile standards for proper coating adhesion.
+ Apply primers and paint coatings according to job specifications and work instructions.
+ Measure and record blast profile, as well as wet and dry film thickness, to verify coating performance.
