Sanajiksanut - Agent, Human Resources (Fly-In Fly-Out)

Provide support and guidance to employees on work-related and employee relations matters;

Organize, coordinate, and lead on-site cultural and employee engagement activities;

Support Elders' visits and assist with community relations and engagement initiatives;

Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team in day-to-day activities;

Offer employee support and counselling services, as appropriate, and facilitate access to additional resources when needed.
