The Role

Test Manager – responsible for coordinating end-to-end QA activities for Kyndryl's financial applications, ensuring quality across mobile, office, and online banking platforms. Oversee test planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and use of agile practices with tools such as VersionOne, Jira, and test management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for banking applications (cards, loans, payments, international payments).
• Coordinate with development, business, and external stakeholders to define testing scope and deliverables.
• Manage QA tools, test artefacts, and reporting using VersionOne, Jira, and other testing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices across the software development pipeline.
