Salon Captain: Luxury Hospitality Lead

Raffles Dubai is seeking a Captain in Raffles Salon, our award-winning lobby lounge, to support colleagues and leaders in delivering the highest quality service and guest satisfaction.

You will report to the Outlets Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining luxury standards, engaging guests, and ensuring smooth service across outlets. The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong English communication, and teamwork in a 5-star setting.
