Salesperson (remote)

Annual salary: ZAR 180,000 + 3% commission on all closed deals (average deal size ≈ USD $25,000, Avg commission per closed deal - USD $750 our current sales team makes $5k to $7k per month in commission). Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, remote Sales Representative to run Zoom calls with pre‑booked, qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services.

Your job is simple and focused: connect, diagnose, present, and close.

You will be responsible for building rapport, understanding each prospect’s goals, clearly presenting our offer, following up with them consistently and closing deals on the call. The ideal candidate is a confident, coachable closer who can follow a proven process and consistently hit the sales targets.
