What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of managerial experience

• At least 2 years in sales leadership or a high-performing sales role

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting

• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion rates, appointments, and pipeline health

• Skilled in coaching, performance management, and accountability

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments (SDR, cold calling, inside sales)
