Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Consultant with hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications across multiple clouds. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual, functional, smoke, and sanity testing on Salesforce applications.
• Validate business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for Loyalty Management and B2B Commerce implementations.
• Execute API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman.
