Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and visioning workshops to assess current-state processes and desired future-state experiences.
- Develop actionable Salesforce roadmaps, capability models, and business cases aligned to client strategy.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts, driving value realization and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Partner with architects and data specialists to define technical enablers for strategic recommendations.
- Shape existing projects into multi-phase, cross-cloud programs of work.
- Mentor consultants and functional leads in discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition.
- Contribute to practice development by refining frameworks and delivery methodologies.
