• Develop Service Cloud features using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and SOQL
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Participate in incident bridges and resolve BAU issues
• Manage PBIs and IMRs and support end-to-end incident tracking
• Own deployments, CI/CD processes and sandbox management
• Perform code reviews and enforce platform standards
