Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and related objects to support an efficient Lead-to-Opportunity process Implement and enhance automation (Flows, assignment rules, validation rules, approval processes) to standardize qualification and handover from Marketing to Sales Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Components where declarative tools are not sufficient Build reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into funnel metrics, pipeline health, and sales performance Ensure data quality through consistent standards, duplicate management, data imports, and regular housekeeping Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and document end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity processes Support integrations between Salesforce and connected systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, BI tools) relevant for lead...
