to support the development and delivery of a
Next Generation Case Management Platform (NGCMP) , a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative focused on modernising case management operations.
This is an opportunity to work on impactful platform engineering projects involving Salesforce customisation, integrations, automation, and scalable enterprise solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions to support enterprise case management workflows
Build and maintain custom applications using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
Develop and manage integrations with external systems via
REST/SOAP APIs
and established Salesforce integration patterns
Configure platform security, data models, validation rules, automation logic, and permission structures
