Lead Engineer – Salesforce (Bilingual: Japanese + English)
Experience: 6–10 years | JLPT N1/N2 Mandatory
We are assisting our client in hiring a Salesforce Senior/Lead Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce applications. You’ll lead a Salesforce project based in Japan, working hands-on with LWC, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows — with strong REST/SOAP integration experience and the technical leadership to guide a development team.
What You’ll Do
Lead technical delivery end-to-end — functional analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Partner with Admins, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate functional requirements into the right technical solution
Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications, maximizing use of LWC and Apex
