Responsibilities
- Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site
- Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns
- Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
- Maintain product data accuracy, including pricing, inventory, and content
