Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack
- Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes
- Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects from requirement gathering to adoption
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and onboarding content for GTM systems
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve workflows
