Overview
The Sales Training Specialist role has the following responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training programs that are aimed to develop and improve personal selling and skills transfer capability, product knowledge for organic and external business partners and provide evaluation on trainings conducted.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis through sales & training audits to provide feedback on sales execution of sales strategies and business standards which shall serve as basis in creating customized training interventions and development of new sales training programs.
- Create and develop training materials using other mediums of learning such as video training programs and e-learnings to promote continuous skills development and product mastery.
- The ideal candidate should have a good mix of sales experience in telco/tech/distribution industry, training delivery and Needs Analysis, working knowledge in Social Media a...
