Sales Trainee (commercial real estate)

CBRE's North York office is actively seeking a Sales Brokerage Associate who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills. The role will allow you to become a resource to our brokers for the North York market activity.

What You’ll Do

• Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements
• Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE’s database
• Compile Montreal market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications
• Work directly with brokers to produce timely market studies, tour books and presentation slides
