using knowledge of all HFBs, local market and your customers, as well as the IKEA tools and leveraging

on the experience and expertise of your co-workers

Your assignment

As the team leader, you are also responsible to monitor your man-hours budget and ensure that your HFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times.
