Sales team lead

Job Description:
Pension Bazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Requirements
: Minimum 3 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales or Telesale
s At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agent
s B2 C sales experience is mandator
y Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operation
s Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance managemen
t Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales target
s Strong communication, leadership, and people management skill
s Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvemen
t Graduation is mandator
