Sales Support Specialist with Freight Forwarding AU Experience

Job Description:



Prepare quotes for new and existing business.



Vendor management



Email management



Cold calling/inside sales (and client engagement)



Sales reporting



Let generation experience is a plus



Respond to ad-hoc requests from agent networks within service standards and develop and follow up on potential business opportunities.



Liaise with service providers to source rates in support of quotes requested.



Maintain a register of service providers and provide notification when rates expire.



Follow up on all quotes generated.



Follow up on quotes to record the statistical information on conversion rates.



Updating rates in Cargowise One



Requirements:



Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course.
