Sales Support Specialist (M/F/D)

Your mission
Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions
Order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices
You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners
You are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department
You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions
Your profile
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree
Professional experience in the import or export business
Good written and spoken Spanish & English
