About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing essential support to Retail Sales operations. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient handling, follow-up, and prioritization of quotations, proposals, and contracts while acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Retail Team via phone, email, and in-office communication
• Act as a point of contact for dealers, ensuring timely assistance and issue resolution
• Monitor and prioritize quotations, proposals, and contract processes
• Ensure all required documentation is complete; follow up on missing information with relevant stakeholders
