Sales Support Representative (Hybrid)

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

**What you will do-**

+ The Sales Support Representative is responsible for working directly with Stryker Medical Account Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
+ Responsibilities include capital order entry, scheduling, and order management from conversion through delivery to the customer
+ Supports 2–3 sales regions and collaborates with internal departments until the product is delivered
+ Serves as a point of contact for Account Managers, responding to incoming calls and emails
+ Responsible for overall customer and sales representative satisfaction related to order management
+ Provides 2–3 sales regions with prompt, high-quality service and support across areas including order entry, conversion, order management (date matching, expedites), temporary requests, weld warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting order inquiries
