Sales Support Executive (HNW Insurance Broker)

The client is a HNW insurance broker firm.

• Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement
• Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
• Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net‑worth clients to achieve client retention
• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers’ requirements and enquiries
