- Understand technical specifications, scope, and constraints
- Clarify missing details with sales team or client before pricing
- Translate technical solutions into billable components
- Identify required products, parts, licenses, and services
- Ensure compatibility and completeness of the solution
- Calculate:
- Product costs (from suppliers/vendors)
- Internal costs (engineering, labor, logistics)
- Apply margins, discounts, and pricing strategies
- Ensure alignment with company pricing policies
- Prepare formal quotations including:
