Responsibilities
- Act as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners to co-ordinate sales enablement, onboarding, and partner engagement activities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
- Ensure smooth execution of schedules and handle any changes or updates efficiently
- Address and resolve queries or complaints professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers and partners through excellent service
- Work with datasets to analyse trends and improve operational efficiency, to support decision-making and reporting
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs, including rendering support in roadshows
