Job Description
:Working closely with our external sales team, the ideal candidate will provide customers with the highest level of customer service and support, assuring prompt and courteous attention to all enquiries, needs and requests. From the initial customer contact through to quoting, order entry and the shipping of goods.
The candidate will work regularly with other members of UK team together with colleagues from our international production centres.
Main tasks:
Answer incoming customer calls/e-mails/website LiveChat and provide support concerning orders, returns, shipments, and products in a professional manner.
Works to resolve customer enquires promptly and accurately in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
Support the external sales team, with quoting of parts, spares kits and standard pumps.
Receive and enter customer orders.
