Sales Supervisor - Team Leader and Performance Coach

Tesla is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor for its Abu Dhabi location. In this role, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, focusing on driving sales performance and ensuring top-notch customer experiences.

You will coach and mentor Tesla Advisors, analyze operational data, and maintain store standards. Your ability to develop people will be critical to achieving sales targets while embodying Tesla’s mission.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, as well as a valid GCC driver's license, are essential for this position.
