Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor within assigned territories and coach distributor sales reps for performance in relation to the targets set & build a winning spirit within the team
- Prepare plans with focus on results vs target set
- Monitor, evaluate and track weekly & monthly Sell In / Sell Out targets and take necessary actions to achieve them
- Conduct market visits to ensure activities are implemented as planned and provide feedback to distributor to ensure gaps are closed timely
- Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization
- Manage and improve stock in distributor’s warehouse to a healthy level
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experienced in FMCG Trade Field Sales
