Sales Staff

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance in finding the right products or services.
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and inventory.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
