Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, call quality, and operational standards.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products based on customers' needs.
- Convert company-provided leads into successful sales through effective telemarketing activities.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Quality Assurance standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Support ad hoc duties and initiatives as assigned by management.
