Responsibilities
- Follow up for the support requested by Sales Person
- Update routine plan data on the business management table of last day customers tagged, executed and manager commented
- KPI calculation of Sales team & Area Manager
- Training of CRM System for newly onboarded Marketing Staffs
- Assist sales staff in cross-departmental communication and follow up on related issues until they are resolved
- Collect market information online and output data analysis reports
