• Develop and execute action plans to achieve Small Tools (ST) sales and order targets
• Perform result analysis for authorized distributors and conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies as required
• Provide support to tasks related to sales administration, including order processing to ensure seamless business operations
• Act as subject matter expert for the ST product range and support the main team in product demonstrations and needs assessment
• Proactively promote and expand the ST calibration business as a value-added service
