Job Description

About the Role:

• Conduct outbound and inbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Present company design & development services professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Work on-site during assigned night shift.

Job Specification

Must have

• 6 months to 3 years of sales calling, telemarketing, or lead generation experience.
• Cold calling and client objection handling.
• International outbound and inbound sales and client acquisition.
