Job Description
1. 80% Existing Customers
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Direct contact with customers and providing after-sales services
- Reactivate existing accounts from the customer database that have lapsed in engagement
- Aiming to restore business relationships and generate repeat sales
- Visit customers in the manufacturing zone 2. 20% New Customers
- Responsible for identifying and approaching new potential customers
- Conduct visits to new customers, typically in coordination with the Japanese manager
- Arrange customer visits as scheduled, with flexibility for early appointments when required 3. Additional Responsibilities
- Processing sales administration, documentation, and reports
- Cooperate with internal teams such as Laboratory, Quality Assurance, and Engineering
