Key Responsibilities Account Management & Retention: Maintain regular, face-to-face contact with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, address needs, and secure orders. Business Development: Actively prospect, cold call, and pitch to acquire new customers within the territory to meet expansion goals. Territory & Route Planning: Strategically plan travel schedules and driving routes to maximize client face-time and optimize week-long road trips. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to both existing and prospective clients. Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, visits, and sales pipelines in our existing systems. Qualifications & Requirements Travel Availability: Must be willing and able to undertake frequent local driving, as well as regular, week-long overnight road trips within the territory.
