• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat to drive and close sales.
• Assist clients with product selection and resolve their queries effectively.
• Organize and manage offline marketing materials.
• Maintain showroom standards for client visits.
• Support team collaboration while maintaining brand values and aesthetics.

• Good communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Sales or Customer Support.
