Sales Rep

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Suitable Diploma/Degree More than 2 years Sales experience within FMCG or Retail Own car and valid drivers license Intermediate Excel skills Willing and able to stay over once a month in another town (when needed) Experience using sales management systems or route planning will be a bonus Duties and Responsibilities: Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve sales targets Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
