Consultant: Christa Mostert Job Description Provide administrative support to the Sales & Rental team and Principal Agent. Manage rental and sales administration, including leases, reports, and client records. Capture leases and reconcile payments on Pay Prop. Assist with invoices, payment requests, and rental finance administration. Track rental and sales leads, listings, and transactions. Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and service providers. Assist with tenant applications, lease agreements, and property inspections. Prepare reports and ensure accurate record keeping. Support business initiatives, marketing activities, and process improvements. Qualifications 2–5 years' administrative experience, preferably in property or real estate. Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
