Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development
• Background in a regulated or technology-enabled services environment is an advantage
• Demonstrated capability in acquiring new business and managing external partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Performance-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in dynamic environments
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Open to assignment in a provincial location - Zamboanga
